Duck, dive, dip and dodge with us on the court! Join us for this childhood favorite. Different varieties of dodgeball will be introduced throughout the session such as the traitor ball, scatter ball, bombardment and the MEGA popular Star Wars dodgeball. For fans of Star Wars, Star Wars dodgeball is an original Seaton Athletics creation which includes the use of lightsabers from many different characters and the myriad of unique combinations that can be also created! Coaches from Seaton Athletics will ensure that fun is had by all and that safety prevails. Official National Dodgeball League soft dodgeballs are used.
Our before school classes bring along an added bonus: Morning exercise has been shown to improve learning ability, boost attention, increase motivation and manage behavioral problems!
