YOGA YOUNGSTERS

AGES 2.5-5 YEARS

Seaton Athletics proudly presents YOGA YOUNGSTERS!  Concentration, balance and persistence may be tough to harness in the classroom but imagine trying to use those skills while holding and moving between tricky and challenging poses! Students will attempt to keep a steady mind, despite falling and being physically tested.  In this half hour class we may stretch, we may laugh, we will smile, and we may do some Downward Dog will saying ruff-ruff!  Whatever floats our cute little boats.  Life is full of challenges, but practicing how to be graceful and accepting is an invaluable lifelong skill!  We all need a break sometimes and perhaps a pleasant place to unwind with some fun exercises for both the mind and body! Join our instructor who has been an avid student of yoga, dance & meditation. She has completed 40 hours of Hot Yoga training as well as ancillary fitness classes that will help young students gain better fluidity and balance on their mats and in life.  Music and Mats provided.
